Delicious food!

Very good food spontaneously in the afternoon while shopping with seven people in the covered inner courtyard of the Münster Arkaden. Burgers, wraps, hash browns, ... with something for everyone, very tasty. Great service and a private toilet. A boon in Corona times. Any time.

The location of the restaurant is very convenient. Unfortunately, the waiter could not provide information about ingredients / ingredients of the desired dish and did not ask in the kitchen. During my visit, the staff were partly engrossed in private conversations and some made fun of older visitors in a volume that made it easy to understand even a few meters away. Too bad and to my visit an unpleasant atmosphere!

There were three of us today and had a drink and ate. With drinks you can now do very little wrong. Therefore, you can not say anything negative about this. The food, however, was different. We once had a tarte flambée and a wrap. The tarte flambée with bacon and onions was big, but unfortunately only mediocre. He was very dry and not really generously occupied. Since I have eaten much better. The wrap was o.k. but also not very much with love .... All in all, unfortunately I have to say that we have already eaten much better. The location is TOP. In the MS arcades you sit dry and with the glass roof also beautiful bright. Unfortunately, the employees are only mediocre. You do your job, however courtesy and quick reaction, I imagine differently. Not a nice word or a slogan ... Nonsense! A concrete example: We are certainly not the first to order a tarte flambée. This is delivered on a wooden board (which looks rustic and is positive). The food, however, gives off a kind of "condensation". After the meal I had to push the empty board into the waiter's hand. Then I noticed that the whole table was wet under it. So I had to dry the table myself with the napkin. The waiter would have been able to do that, or at least have to draw my attention to it. That will probably happen several times a day .... Conclusion: If you want to drink something comfortable in a very cozy location, is in good hands here. Who wants to eat delicious and has a certain claim, should better avoid a different local. Also you should not ask for high standards of friendliness and service.

After the renovation now much brighter and more inviting. The map was also 'normalized'. The selection is nowhere near as 'posh' as ​​before. The food is good quality and the service very nice and attentive. Price / performance fits. The right place to stay for a shopping break.

Service was good and so was the sweet potato soap I ordered. Place can get very busy on Saturday especially because it's located inside the Arkaden mall. I just wish they had cushions for the chairs as they can get uncomfortable after a while.

Great food, friendly staff, nice and cozy place with fast serving and reasonable prices. The pinkus beer is a nice, local beer they serve from tap.

Nice, easy eating, no fuss but tasty, in relaxed atmosphere - staff were very accommodating!
